Previous dance experience is definitely not required.
Please wear lightweight clothes and trainers as footwear. We would not advise wearing jeans or open-toe shoes, or shoes with heels.
Drink plenty of water before class, during, and afterward as you will probably sweat a lot. Bring a sweat towel if you can.
