What our
clients say

The mentoring session have helped. I get to express myself now and think more about my feeling and anxiety. I love myself more and my mum said I don’t get so anxious, shaky or emotional anymore.

F, 13

I liked my sessions. it gave me the chance to talk to an adult without being judged. it was nice to have someone listen to me as no one does at home. No one at home bothers to talk to me at all except to tell me off about something.

P, 16

I didn't want it to end.

R, 11

The sessions have been fun and have helped my confidence because my mentor knows more stuff. For example, the little card I was given with things on it to help me when I feel anxious.
